HOW WE HANDLE THIS

Data, Security and Account Rights at 365gold

Every element of our legal approach — from cookies to account security — is built around documented processes.

Data Handling

We collect only the data required to operate your account and process payments via UPI, Paytm and PhonePe. No data is sold to marketing third parties. Retention periods follow applicable Indian law and are clearly stated in our privacy notice.

Cookie Policy

Cookies on 365gold are used for session management, fraud detection and performance analytics. You may adjust non-essential cookie preferences through the settings panel on this site; essential cookies cannot be disabled without affecting account functionality.

Account Security

Your account is protected by two-factor authentication and encrypted session tokens. Any suspicious login from an unrecognised device triggers an automatic alert to your registered mobile number or email before access is granted.

Data Retention

Transaction logs, KYC documents and account activity records are retained for the period mandated by applicable regulations. Once that period lapses, data is securely deleted or anonymised in line with our documented data lifecycle policy.

Contact for Rights Requests

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, contact our legal team via the dedicated email channel. We will verify your identity against your registered account before processing any data rights request.

Requesting Account Changes

Changes to account details — including registered mobile number, linked UPI ID or Paytm wallet — must be requested through support with identity verification. Changes take effect after a mandatory security review period of up to 48 hours.

Frequently Asked Legal Questions

Below are the questions we receive most often about our legal terms, your data rights and how disputes are handled. If your question is not covered here, reach our legal team directly through the support channels listed above.
